Question: Does this ab program come with my muscle building program?
Answer: No. These are two completely different programs from the ground up.
Question: Is the price a miss print? on your ab program? I almost didn’t buy it because it seems too low for what I am getting.
Answer: No. But the price doubles Thursday at 11:59 pm. You are probably right - the price is way too low but I have a vision of flooding my website with dozens of amazing before and after pictures so I want to give my ab and fat loss system to as many people as possible.
Question: I already have your No Nonsense Cutting program and many other fat loss programs. How is this different than your new ab program?
Answer: I am a tad concerned about this question.
If you already own my No Nonsense Cutting program and it has not “worked” for you then most likely my new one will not work for you either. That goes for other programs you may have not been successful on either.
Rarely, does a program ever fail you. Only YOU can fail the program if you are not consistent, committed and progressing on it. You might need to ask yourself, “How serious am I about getting six-pack abs?” before you go spend more time and money on something you are not truly committed to.
However, let me give you an idea on what to expect. The weight training programs are the gem of this product. There is over 12 hours of online DVD footage which means you will never get bored or run out of workouts.
Whether you are advanced or intermediate or beginner, I have a complete step-by-step program and I demo the entire workout in the gym. Real sweat, real breathing, real weights!
The weight training really focus on increasing lactic acid in your body and making your heart rate pound - these are NOT easy and simple workouts. You will no longer be spending time in the gym - you will be investing time in the gym!
The workouts are very functional and include a lot of super sets, giant sets and quad sets meaning you will be burning an enormous amount of calories and literally digging out your stubborn love handles and pot belly just to finish the workout. These workouts will be very humbling to you!
The workouts include very short rest periods and longer workouts than my muscle building program. If you are looking for a 10-minute workout than this is not for you.
I give you lots of rep ranges, set ranges, rest ranges to choose from so that there is always a goal of progression.
Question: Which program did you lose to get ripped in 8 weeks for your show?
Answer: I used the 5-day Metabolic Overdrive program plus the 2,600 calorie meal plan. I did a higher volume of long and slow cardio in the early AM on a empty stomach before my first meal and then I sometimes did another interval or tempo cardio session in the pm after my weights.
Yes, this a lot of volume but I PROGRESSED to this over time. I am just telling you what I did. You may be able to get the same results on the 3-day Boost program and three 20-minute interval sessions without the extra cardio in the AM. I have no idea and you will not know until you begin the quest.
I’ll teach you how to start and how to progress to ensure you lose 1% of your fat each week and finally get “checked out” because of how different you look!
Question: I feel so miserable with my health and overwhelmed with all the programs to choose from on the Internet. Why should I choose yours?
Answer: It works IF you decide to make it work. Start with the 3 Day Metabolic Boost program, one of the pre-set 84-day meal plans and choose one of the cardio programs and jumpon the scale every week to ensure you are losing at least 1% of your fat each week.
I will be VERY surprised if you don’t lose 12-24 pounds within the first 3 months just by having a plan to follow each day.
The closer you follow the plan, the faster the results.
Question: Nothing has been working for me… yada yada yada
Answer: The only time I truly see a difference in my own physique is when I follow a meal plan. Let’s put it this way.
I always see results when I change my nutrition.
I rarely see results if I keep my nutrition the same and only change the weight training program.
Why? Any weight training program works if it’s done at the right intensity. However, your body can not build muscle or lose fat if your calories and hormones are not consistent with your goals.
My guess is that you have never, truly, followed a pre-designed meal plan customized to your schedule and goals. My program comes with a set of 84-day meal plans that range from 1,200 calories to 3,000 calories. You know exactly what to eat, at what times and in what amounts.
Question: How do I know if your ab program is a scam?
